Formation of Purchase Contracts
A purchase contract between you (the consumer) and Orthexa d.o.o. is concluded when you place an order on our website and receive an electronic order confirmation to your email address.
From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Orthexa d.o.o. (the provider) and you, the consumer.
When you purchase a product, Orthexa d.o.o. will provide you with the following information:
- Identity of the company
- Contact details (email address, telephone) for quick and efficient communication
- Essential characteristics of the products or services
- Information about delivery and product availability
- Clearly marked prices
B. Product Returns & Complaints
- If an item has a defect, you may file a complaint. Returned goods must be clean, undamaged, without stains, and in their original packaging; otherwise, Orthexa d.o.o. is not obliged to accept them and will return them to you at your expense.
- We strive to provide accurate images of all the products in the online store. Minor color deviations or any differences between images and actual products do not affect the product’s functionality or characteristics. If any critical errors or discrepancies arise, we will allow you to withdraw from the contract at our expense.

In accordance with relevant regulations, Orthexa d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute. F. Pricing, Currencies, and Taxes
All prices on the Site are stated in local currency and include VAT (Value Added Tax). Prices are valid at the time of placing the order. The offer remains valid until revoked. Any shipping or transaction fees associated with your order will be displayed at checkout, if applicable.

- Cash on Delivery – You pay the delivery person (courier) in cash or via credit card, if available when they deliver the goods.
